Stuffed Cabbage Recipe

1 Lrg size cabbage blanched

1 lbs ground beef

1 cup rice

2 cloves garlic mashed

1 tomato diced

3 tsp salt

1 tsp citric acid

1 tsp Syrian spice

1 tbls olive oil

 

In bottom of pan crush

4 cloves garlic

1 cup lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1 tbls olive oil

1 tbls mint dry

Roll and layer cabbage leaves

And add a few unpeeled cloves of garlic between each layer

 

Cover with a plate and add water to cover cabbage 1” above the cabbage rolls

 

Bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 45 min – 1 hr covered
